A PMA is a group of people who have agreed to associate privately, outside of public commerce. As a Fyreside Club member, you're entering into private agreements with hosts — not commercial transactions through a corporate platform. This structure provides privacy and autonomy for both hosts and guests.
Memberships are annual and non-refundable, but you can choose not to renew at the end of your membership year. If you have concerns, reach out to us — we want members who are happy to be here.
As a private membership association, disputes are handled between members. We provide clear agreement templates that set expectations upfront, and we can offer guidance. However, Fyreside doesn't arbitrate disputes or issue refunds — your agreement is with the host, not with us.
