Fyreside Club is a private community that connects property owners with travelers through direct, private agreements — not corporate platforms.

We're not another booking app. We're not a marketplace. We're a club — a membership association where people who share similar values can connect and transact privately, without corporate intermediaries tracking every stay and reporting every dollar.

When you join Fyreside Club, you're not signing up for a service. You're becoming a member of a private association, agreeing to operate in the private with fellow members.

Why We Exist

The rise of platforms like Airbnb and VRBO created incredible opportunities for property owners. But over time, those platforms became something else: corporate gatekeepers that take fees, dictate terms, and report your every transaction to the government.

We believe there's a better way.

People have been hosting travelers on their land for centuries — through personal relationships, handshake agreements, and trust. Fyreside Club brings that model into the modern world, with the structure and community to make it work at scale.

Who's Behind This

Kyle Henson

Fyreside Club was founded by Kyle Henson.

After years of watching platforms extract more and more from hosts — more fees, more control, more reporting — Kyle set out to build something different. Not another platform, but a private club where people could connect and transact on their own terms.

Fyreside Club is built on the belief that people should be able to offer hospitality on their own land, in their own way, without a corporation in the middle of every relationship.
